My family and I made this trip in April 2010. My memory, excellent and usually dependable as it is, is also most times, a hazy, inaccurate, sentimental thing. Please treat this travelogue-comic as such, a recollection of a trip made more than 6 years ago.
Mimi Mashud is a freelance illustrator and animator. She graduated from Monash University, joined the corporate struggle, then quit after five years. Now, in between illustrating and animating, she makes travelogue-comics. For a travelogue writer, she has an unutterably poor internal GPS.
She argues this makes for good writing material. 'Kuala Terengganu in 7 Days' is her second travelogue-comic.
