作者簡介
板木利隆(いたぎ・としたか)
1929年出生於島根縣。50年,自千葉農業專門學校(現今的千葉大學園藝系)畢業。經歷千葉大學研究助理、神奈川縣園藝試驗場場長、神奈川縣農業技術研究所所長、全農營農.技術中心技術主管等職,現任板木技術士事務所所長、(公財)園藝植物研究所理事、農林水產省高度環境制御技術研修檢討專門委員、茨城縣立農業大學兼任講師、NPO植物工場研究會咨詢委員、日本野菜育苗協會技術顧問等職務。著作有『家庭菜園大百科』、『こんなときどうする 野菜づくり百科(在這種時候要怎麼處理 蔬菜培育百科)』(上述書籍均由家之光協會出版)等多數書籍。
